ckk22 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ckk22 ("ckk22", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They apply to your access to and use of the ckk22 website at ckk22.ws, all associated services, products, promotions, and communications. Please read these Terms carefully before registering for an account or placing any bet or wager on the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on ckk22, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. ckk22 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts found to be ineligible — including underage accounts — will be closed immediately and any funds held subject to applicable laws and internal review procedures.

Each Player may hold only one active account on the ckk22 Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide when registering. Any false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held in that account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. ckk22 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact ckk22 support immediately.

• You must not allow any other person to use your ckk22 account to place bets or access funds.
• You must keep your contact information up to date so that ckk22 can reach you regarding account matters.
• You must inform ckk22 immediately if you become aware that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ckk22 Platform must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own legal name. ckk22 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts. Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ckk22 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. ckk22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. From time to time ckk22 may offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms attached to the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in the applicable promotion terms. ckk22 does not permit the withdrawal of bonus funds prior to the completion of the stated wagering requirement.

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• ckk22 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• If ckk22 determines that a Player has abused a bonus — for example by placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements rather than to play normally — ckk22 may void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• ckk22 reserves the right to close any account and void all associated pending bets and bonus balances where evidence of systematic bonus abuse is established.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckk22 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one ckk22 account, whether in your own name or under an alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identification or verification documents.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event.

ckk22 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, ckk22 may suspend access, freeze funds pending investigation, and share relevant information with law enforcement agencies.

ckk22 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and encourages all Players to approach gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. ckk22 offers a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every account dashboard, including deposit limits configurable as daily, weekly, or monthly caps, session time alerts, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 180 days, and full self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months or indefinitely.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if ckk22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ckk22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ckk22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ckk22 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ckk22 does not guarantee that any game result, odds display, or account balance figure shown on the Platform is free from technical error. In the event of a manifest error — including a mis-stated price, odds, or payout — ckk22 reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and restore the account to its correct pre-error state.

ckk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ckk22 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
